POSITION: Health System International Administrative Director. Responsible for overall administration and development of large university health system’s international services. Creates, assesses, maintains, and enhances partner management and oversight of international projects, including research and analysis, new business development, negotiations, contracting with international healthcare systems, compliance with international health insurance programs, and related operational functions. Develops and identifies regional and country trends, market potential and growth opportunities. Develops and implements business strategies and tactics related to national and international patient services program, executive level relationships with healthcare entities in focus countries, work plans and tracking mechanisms to measure success of international programs. Manages staff and directs execution of complex program administration.  Must be available to travel internationally 60% of time.

REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 5 years progressive experience in international healthcare.

Experience must include negotiating international business trade agreements, international patient relations, professional level knowledge of business, administrative, consulting, sales, and management theory, and proven revenue generation. International travel 60% of time. Master’s degree or foreign equivalent master’s degree, in law, business, international business, healthcare administration, insurance, or related field. In lieu of a Master's degree, the employer will accept a J.D., M.H.A., M.Ins., or related graduate degree in law, healthcare administration, business, insurance, or related field.
