Apheresis: Research, Publications and Clinical Trials
Faculty of the Apheresis Program of UC San Diego Health System make a direct and significant contribution to numerous clinical research studies taking place here and collaborating medical institutions. Our physician-researchers play a key role in the conduct of studies related to lymphocyte harvest for immune modulation and genetic modification in the treatment of cancers, including glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) and chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL).
