Continuing Practice

Our group programs are warmly invited to our two-new Mindful Living Support Groups. The intention of these groups is to compassionately sustain each other in our mindfulness practices. 

MOVE with Kalika McClure

Open to all in the greater San Diego community, as we begin our week with "Mindful Movement" together, we will deepen our awareness of mindfulness through breath and body.

This support group will practice and explore Yoga stretches and strengthening poses. While listening to our bodies with compassion and non-judgment we will learn to experience our own personal version of each pose. Thereby honoring the wisdom of our bodies in the present moment.

Time: Mondays 10:00 am to 11:15 am

SIT with Noriko Morita

Open to all our program graduates, during the mindfulness meditation sitting group, we have two mindful meditation periods and the opportunity to share with one another the joys and challenges of our mindful living practices.

This support group will engage in the meditation practices you experienced in your programs. Practicing together and sharing experiences will provide a framework to continue and deepen your formal practice, thereby cultivating mindful awareness to bring into all aspects of your life.

Time: Tuesdays 10:00 am to 11:30 am

Registration Not Required
Both support groups are offered on a drop-in basis without prior registration. There is a suggested donation of $20 for each support group per session, and any amount is graciously accepted.
