Employer Prevention & Compliance

  • Pre-Placement / Post Offer Examination
    Examinations to assist the employer in determining if a candidate has the physical capabilities of performing the job for which they are being hired. Includes a questionnaire and comprehensive history & physical exam.
  • Medical Surveillance
    Testing and examinations to meet state and federal OSHA regulations, such as chemical exposure monitoring, hearing conservation, and respiratory clearance. Exams may include pulmonary function testing, audiograms, chest x-rays, and laboratory tests.
  • DOT/DMV Examination
    Department of Transportation examinations to meet federal DOT requirements.
  • Fit-For-Duty Examination
    Examinations following a workers’ compensation injury or long-term disability, to determine if an employee is able perform the functions of their job.
  • Lift Task Evaluations
    Strength testing which is designed to determine if an employee has the physical capacity to perform essential elements of a job.
