Health System Strategic Plan
Over the past five years, we have seen spectacular system-wide results, in large part due to our 2007 Clinical Strategic Plan. We have achieved stellar clinical outcomes as indicated by the numerous quality and patient safety awards we have recently received—something that we should all be proud of. Additionally, we have recruited excellent faculty and staff, invested in facilities, and seen tremendous growth in our clinical service lines. Our leadership is committed to our mission—clinical care, research and education, and will continue to work together to build a world-class academic health system.
Due to our strong track record and success, we have the confidence and foundation to move forward with the development of a new Health System Strategic Plan.
Our strategic planning efforts are to evaluate our current plan, as well as develop a revised five-year strategic plan for the entire Health System, Medical Group and the clinical components of the School of Medicine academic departments.
