Pilates
Pilates integrates methods from many other disciplines and the workouts focus first on developing strength through the core of the body (the back, abdomen and hips). A strong core is fundamental to continue working the rest of the body.
Pilates is great from a functional standpoint because it develops not only strength but also flexibility and coordination. Other benefits from Pilates include improved posture, increased lung capacity and sculpted muscles.
This FREE Class is held every Tuesday at 5 p.m in A-101 and every Thursday at 5 p.m. in Hillcrest in the Camelot Building.
