UC San Diego Health System Payroll

UC San Diego Health System Payroll Department works to ensure that all employees are paid accurately and timely. To process timekeeping, the Payroll Department at the Health System uses the Huntington Business System (HBS). Review the Payroll Instruction Manual for detailed information on how to clock in and clock out using HBS through the phone system or online or use the Quick Instruction sheet.

UC San Diego Health Sciences employees clock in and out using MyTime Entry (MTE), a web-based application to report, administer, and maintain employee hours for payroll time records.
