of 50 mL, if possible. Keep specimen refrigerated if there is a delay in
transporting to the laboratory. Complete a Cytopathology requisition form fully
to include pertinent clinical history and the requesting physician's pid number.
At Hillcrest after hours, weekends and holidays place the specimen in the
refrigerator that is located in the closet next to the Surgical Pathology tissue
gross room (room #2-304). |
