Titled “Reshaping Healthcare: The Practical, the Political and the Possible,” the conference will cover a range of pressing topics including healthcare policy and economics, political realities of healthcare financing and delivery, analysis of the rise in healthcare costs and what the future may hold, ethics of providing and budgeting for healthcare and the latest developments in healthcare research.
“While we certainly want the conference to be educational, even more importantly we want to discuss healthcare issues with an eye toward effecting sustainable change,” said Gregory Zinser, Executive Director of the Scripps Center for Integrative Medicine and chair of the conference. “We sought out the most innovative minds from throughout the industry to cover vital issues in a way not often covered in the news.”
