CANCER AND NUTRITION LECTURES, August 13 and 28, 2007

Two free lectures on nutrition and cancer will be presented by Moores UCSD Cancer Center nutrition expert Vicki Newman, R.D.  “Fighting Cancer With Your Fork” is scheduled from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on Monday, August 13, 2007.  “Nutrition Solutions for Common Challenges During Treatment” is scheduled from 1:30 p.m. to 3 p.m. on Tuesday, August 28, 2007.  Both lectures, for patients and family members, will take place at the Moores UCSD Cancer Center, 3855 Health Sciences Drive, La Jolla, Room 2007.  Reservations: 858-822-2236 or healthyeating@ucsd.edu.
