About Our 2011 Golf Tournament
The 18th Annual UC San Diego Medical Center Bannister Family House Golf Tournament had a record 129 golfers and raised over $125,000! The money raised directly benefits the Bannister Family House and its mission to provide a haven of hope and comfort for families supporting a loved one receiving long-term, critical care at the UC San Diego Health System.
We are grateful to everyone involved for their participation and commitment in making this event successful year after year. Thank you to each of our sponsors and to all of our donors, golfers and tireless volunteers who helped to make this event such a success.

About Bannister House
The annual expense of running Bannister Family House is approximately $275,000.00.
More than 13 departments of UCSD Medical Center refer their patients to the Bannister Family House, including Trauma, the Burn and Cancer Centers, Transplants, and the Neonatal/Prenatal departments. Since its opening in May 1994, more than 3,200 families from 50 states and 24 countries have found solace at the House.
