HPV-Related Head and Neck Cancer: New Disease, Different Profile
Assuntina (Tina) Sacco, MD
Dr. Sacco will discuss how Human Papillomavirus (HPV) is changing the landscape of head and neck cancer, with a particular focus on the epidemiology of HPV-related head and neck cancer. She will also discuss counseling on HPV for patients, families, spouses and partners.
Minimally Invasive Surgical Technique for the HPV-Positive Patient
Kevin Brumund, MD
Dr. Brumund will discuss the role of surgery in the management of patients with HPV-positive head and neck cancer, as well as a review of surgical techniques.
New Approaches for Treating HPV-Related Head and Neck Cancers
Ezra Cohen, MD
Dr. Cohen will review new developments in our understanding of HPV-related head and neck cancer. Novel therapies, including strategies that attempt to de-intensify therapy but preserve outcomes, will be discussed.
