Welcome to the UCSD Center for Mindfulness Resource page. We are pleased to offer the following resources, in the form of information and links, in our continued efforts to provide individual and community support. bullet Guided Audio & Video

A listing of the various guided meditations that are taught in our mindfulness programs. In addition to these basic practices, the UC San Diego Center for Mindfulness has prepared a number of other, shorter practices that are available here in MP3 format. Please feel free to download and/or share these guided practices.

We have partnered with yoga studios throughout the various neighborhoods of San Diego to help those who wish to begin, support, or enhance bringing mindful movement practices into their life.
