The UCSD pharmacies offer refills by an automated refill phone system at 619-543-6191. With the phone system, the * or # key will be used to confirm entries, repeat information, or go back to a menu. The phone system is directly linked to our computer system in order to speed your refill request. You may also speak to a staff member using this phone number.
Required Information for Refills
The phone system requires:
- medical record number
- prescription numbers
Please have these items ready when you call or submit your request.
