Skill-based assessments can be helpful for individuals concerned about their job performance, those not performing up to optimum levels or those who are interested in making career changes.
Skill based assessment uses a combination of instruments that assess neurocognitive functioning, personality style, and work and school related interests. The individual's neurocognitive strengths and weaknesses are determined. This information is then interpreted within the context of identified areas of occupational and academic interest to provide recommendations about goodness of fit and possible areas of remediation.
