Ethics Consultation Team

The Ethics Consultation Team is a group of UCSD professionals available to provide consultation and advice to patients and families facing difficult ethical decisions such as those surrounding terminal care.

On your request, your doctor or nurse can tell you how to contact this team.

Mail and Flower Deliveries

A UCSD Mail Services staff member delivers mail daily to hospitalized patients.

It is important to have all deliveries properly addressed with the following:

  • Your complete first and last name
  • Hospital
  • Room number (if available)
