Hallway of Hope

Hallway of HopeMore family stories are on display in the Hallway of Hope, outside the NICU on the second floor of UC San Diego Medical Center in Hillcrest.

Parents of former NICU babies have contributed photos of their newborns in the hospital, as well as current pictures, to show what miracles take place with the staff and families working together. The photos help parents who are coming to see their newborns experience a renewed sense of hope and optimism as they see what is possible.

We hope that visitors, during what may be a stressful and anxious time in their family, will enjoy sharing in the happy memories of many families who have come before you, and receive strength in knowing that our team is here for you and your newborn.
