Meet Our Neurosurgeons

World-Class Care, Customized for You

A cerebral cavernous malformation (CCM), also called a cavernoma, is a group of small blood vessels (capillaries) in the central nervous system that is enlarged and irregular in structure.

Most of the time, these lesions cause no problems. But in some people, these malformations can cause seizures, stroke symptoms, hemorrhages and headaches.

Our neurosurgical specialists can diagnose and precisely remove these lesions with state-of-the-art imaging guidance and neuromonitoring.

Our intraoperative MRI suite allows our neurosurgeons and neuroradiologists to monitor patients in real-time to ensure that the procedure is safe and successful.
