Give Now

Want to help support our work? Give now. We are grateful.

We want to advance therapies and cures by supporting ethically conducted clinical trials that result from scientific discoveries. The Sanford Stem Cell Clinical Center was created to protect and counsel patients, and accelerate innovative stem cell research into patient diagnostics and therapy.

As the center’s clinical arm, the CIRM Alpha Stem Cell Clinic at UC San Diego Health works to accelerate the design of innovative stem cell research to advance the testing and delivery of safe and effective stem cell-based therapies in regenerative medicine.

Our current clinical trials focus on diabetes, spinal cord injuries, heart problems and cancer.
