To achieve this goal, the Patrons of Nursing Fund was established to support continued education and professional development opportunities for our nurses. Thanks to the generosity of our donors, each year hundreds of UC San Diego Health nurses receive tuition awards, funding to attend conferences, and support for obtaining professional certifications.
