Baby Massage

Breastfeeding and Newborn Care

Come join us for an hour of guided breastfeeding support. Our support group is led by experienced lactation consultants that will present different breastfeeding topics and foster an environment where breastfeeding parents can share their experiences and ask questions.

In this class, we'll cover baby basics of diapering, feeding, soothing, swaddling and bathing. You will learn how to identify and understand newborn cues for sleep, hunger, or discomfort. Additional discussions on what to purchase, what to avoid, and self-care for the postpartum period.

Childbirth Programs
This class is led by a cesarean doula and will discuss how to prep for surgery, what happens on baby day, and recovery after delivery.

A virtual 2.5 hour class that provides a basic overview of the birth process, including signs of labor, when to go to the hospital, stages of labor, breathing and relaxation techniques, options for pain relief, hospital procedures, and helpful tips for labor & birth. Can be a great re-fresher course for second time parents!

Infant CPR
A 60 minute virtual class designed to teach parents and care providers how to perform CPR and choking rescue on infants up to 1 year old. This is not a certification program.

Understanding Newborn Sleep
This 2 hour virtual class is designed for new and expectant parents to understand newborn sleep needs and patterns. Participants will learn to recognize baby’s cues for sleep, create reasonable expectations around baby’s sleep behavior, create a safe sleep environment and establish habits that will lead to successful sleep.
