First Consultation

Your first consultation is usually a 50-minute visit where you will receive a thorough evaluation of your orthopedic concerns from an athletic training perspective, including biomechanical and movement assessments. You will also receive a treatment plan and a corrective exercise prescription that will help fix or eliminate injuries, rebalance your body and prevent future injuries.

Follow-Up Consultations

We will reevaluate your orthopedic concerns, biomechanics and movement patterns, and provide any necessary adjustments to your treatment plan.
