Through collaboration with UC San Diego Health’s sports medicine doctors, our athletic trainers are able to provide comprehensive, individualized services to optimize your training regimen and help you restore the body balance, strength, and fluid movement patterns needed to prevent re-injury.

Your first consultation is usually a 50-minute visit where you will receive a thorough evaluation of your orthopedic concerns from an athletic training perspective, including biomechanical and movement assessments. You will also receive a treatment plan and a corrective exercise prescription that will help fix or eliminate injuries, rebalance your body and prevent future injuries.
We will reevaluate your orthopedic concerns, biomechanics and movement patterns, and provide any necessary adjustments to your treatment plan.
