All Nursing Students must purchase a D Parking Permit.
The daily rate at both locations is $4/day.
Permits are valid until 7:40am the following morning and must be displayed on the dashboard.
Permits must be purchased via the
Parkmobile app. (If you do not have a smartphone, please scroll down for other payment options)

Hillcrest Students park in the Bachman Parking Structure. Permits must be purchased via the Parkmobile app.
Hillcrest students are ALSO required to obtain an Upgraded Permit, there is no charge for the Upgrade Permit, and students can obtain the Upgrade Permit at the Bachman Parking Sales Office. The permit must be placed on the dashboard.
La Jolla Students park in lots P703, P704 and P750 with a D Permit.

Other Payment Options
Non-smartphone users can pay with the web app or call the toll-free number on signs or stickers.
- Provide your license plate number, parking zone number and payment information to start your parking session. Choose to set up email or text message alerts 15 minutes before your parking session expires

Computer Security Agreement: Please have each student and faculty complete this agreement ONLINE prior to starting assigned rotation and print certificate. Information Services will assign computer access once received.
Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement: Please have each student and faculty complete agreement and submit to the Nursing School Liaison.
UC Learning Center: Access the UC Learning Center under NON-UCSD Employees. Username is the date of birth and the last 4 numbers of the Social Security # (with no spaces) for a total of 12 digits (mm/dd/yyyy+last 4 of SS#). Students and Faculty must complete ALL courses assigned under CURRENT REGISTRATION tab. PRINT certificate of completion and submit to Nursing School Liaison.
Student/Faculty Document Checklist: Faculty may use this as a tracking tool to ensure all required documents are collected for each student. Submit form with required documents to Nursing School Liaison.
Student Orientation Record: School coordinators fully complete SOR and email Student Orientation Records to Nursing School Liaison. UCSD can accept Student Orientation Records emailed with SS#. Schools can also password protect document and send password in a separate email referencing consortium #.

Externships are available for students currently enrolled in an affiliated nursing school externship program. Students must have completed 3 semesters (be in 4th semester) by the start of externship. Externships are an unpaid commitment for a total of 120 hours. Complete application and email with required documents to
email@example.com. All fields must be completed for consideration. If you are not attending an affiliated school please do not apply as we cannot accept your application.
