Video Visits from Your Home

We’re expanding the use of video visits, which enables you to discuss your symptoms and get care using your smartphone or tablet without having to go into your doctor's office.

COVID-19 Nurse Line

​UC San Diego Health patients who have fever or respiratory symptoms can call our COVID-19 nurse line – 800-926-8273 – between 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. any day of the week. You may be directed to a video visit, drive-up location, or one of our clinics.

Updated Visitor Restrictions

New Restrictions on Visitors

To protect our patients and staff, we are restricting visitors at our hospitals and clinics with limited exceptions. All visitors will go through a health screening.

Have You Signed Up for MyUCSDChart?

In response to the COVID-19 situation, we plan to convert some inpatient appointments to video visits conducted through MyUCSDChart. Your provider will alert you if this is an option.
