COVID-19 update: In response to California's stay-at-home order and to reduce the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), UC San Diego Health has taken several measures to reduce person-to-person contact.
- Our care teams are reviewing all previously scheduled appointments and, when appropriate, calling patients to discuss converting to
video visits. We will make every effort to ensure this is a smooth and easy experience for you.
- Some routine appointments may be rescheduled for a later date.
- We are screening all patients for respiratory symptoms upon entry into clinics. Only patients with appointments are permitted into waiting areas, treatment areas, or exam rooms.
If you need to make an appointment for any reason, call
800-926-8273. We will guide you to the most appropriate type of care. For those experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, this may include a video visit, testing at a drive-up location, or an in-person evaluation.
