Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, or Lou Gehrig's disease, is a rapidly progressive terminal illness. UC San Diego Health is home to San Diego’s most comprehensive care program for people with ALS.

We provide compassionate, individualized medical and support services to those living with ALS and other motor neuron disorders. The clinic provides access to leading ALS research programs and clinical trials.
