Sports Performance and Recovery

Whether you are a professional, Olympic, collegiate or recreational athlete, we can help you achieve your athletic goals. Our athletic trainers draw on years of experience to deliver comprehensive and personalized services. They can help you optimize injury recovery and return you to the sport, or sports, you love.

Athletic Training Services

True experts in functional movement and performance enhancement, our athletic trainers offer:

  • Rehab: We apply the same proven approaches used with elite athletes to your unique situation and goals. Our expertise includes post-operative rehab, as well as rehab for both chronic and acute injuries and conditions.
  • Return-to-Play Training: We offer evidence-based programs that may utilize force plates, biofeedback and running analysis to formulate your plan. Following a biomechanical screen and evaluation, we can problem-solve with you.
  • Injury Prevention: With proper training, we can help you reach your full potential and avoid certain types of injuries. We offer ACL and biomechanical screening. We also provide corrective exercise strategies, gait analysis, and strength and conditioning programming. These approaches help identify and address vulnerable areas.

Evaluations, Follow-Up Visits and Costs

Your first consult is usually a 50-minute evaluation. During this time, an athletic trainer will review your history and assess your injury or concern. This visit may included biomechanical assessments and a plan for restoring performance.

Follow-up visits are 30 minutes.

We offer 30-minute appointments for manual therapy such as myofascial release, cupping therapy, and the Graston technique.

Athletic training is usually considered an out-of-pocket expense. It is usually not covered by health insurance. We offer competitive pricing and cost-effective four-visit training packages.
