Vendor Compliance

UC San Diego Health Policy 550.1 – Vendor Policy and Guidelines establishes guidelines governing the activities of all vendors. Vendors are required to review and adhere to these guidelines for activities such as gifts, samples, badge procedures, conflicts of interest, etc.

This policy also outlines the Vendor Code of Conduct which vendors are expected to observe at all times. UC San Diego Health values its partnership with its vendors for the goods and services they provide and appreciates their efforts to remain in compliance with relevant rules, regulations, and policies.

Compliance Helpline

UC San Diego Health is committed to combating fraud, abuse, and waste in health care. Through the Compliance Helpline, employees and vendors who do business with UC San Diego Health can report potentially criminal activities or violations of UC San Diego Health policy.
