Our diabetes program works in collaboration with Rady Children's Hospital-San Diego to make your transition from pediatric to adult diabetes care as easy as possible. If you are not sure if UC San Diego Health is an option for you, please ask your Rady Children's Hospital-San Diego diabetes team or your insurance provider.
