Emergency Care

If you have a life-threatening medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest Emergency Department.

Our ER locations in San Diego County are open 24 hours every day.

Walk into an Express Care clinic when you want prompt medical care for coughs, colds, sore throat, ear infections, simple fractures or sprains, or other minor health care needs.

You can also get diagnostic and wellness services, including evaluations for some prescriptions and screenings for camp and school, from experienced, board-certified nurse practitioners and physician assistants.

Key benefits: We are open seven days a week, including evenings and weekends. No appointment or referral is needed. You can reserve your spot online instead of spending time in the waiting room. We accept many insurance plans and "cash pay." We also provide quick on-site testing for some conditions. X-ray services are available at most locations.
