Payment for parking at the above locations is by license plate rather than parking stall number.
At these locations, self-parking in designated visitor spaces and valet parking are free with a Disabled Person placard or license plate.

Pay by entering your license plate at the pay stations. Please take a photo or make a note of your license plate number before leaving your car and starting the payment process. Or use the Parkmobile app.

- Hillcrest Medical Center or Medical Offices North: Arbor Parking Structure (at the end of Arbor Drive)
- McGrath Outpatient Pavilion: First Avenue Parking Structure, 4245 First Ave.
- Medical Offices South: Parking lot 964 (at First Avenue and Montecito Way) or First Avenue Parking Structure, 4245 First Ave.
- 350 Dickinson St.: Arbor Parking Structure (at the end of Arbor Drive)
- 4th & Lewis Medical Offices: Patients with appointments in this building can park for free in the garage below the building.
You can also park for an hourly charge in the privately run parking lot across from the main entrance of the Medical Center on Arbor Drive. (This lot is not managed by UC San Diego Health.)
Valet Parking Service
For Hillcrest Medical Center, valet parking is available 7 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. weekdays at the main entrance on Arbor Drive. For McGrath Outpatient Pavilion, valet parking is available 7 a.m. – 4 p.m. weekdays outside the main entrance on First Avenue.
